WHAT TO WRITE TO US ABOUT

A factual error. Something on a page is wrong.
A missing source. A page says a figure is unpublished and you have a first-party page that publishes it.
A gap we have flagged. Several pages intentionally leave values blank; if you can fill one with a source, tell us.
A broken link or a page problem. Anything that does not render or does not work.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Corrections move much faster when the message contains these four things:

The page. The URL, or the page name if you are reading the site in a language other than English.
The claim. The exact sentence or figure you believe is wrong, quoted.
The source you checked. A link, and what it says — especially if it is a first-party page.
The date you checked it. Release-window facts on this site change quickly, and a figure that was accurate last week may legitimately have moved.

If you are reporting a gap rather than an error, the same four items apply, with the source being the page that publishes the missing value.

HOW TO GET IN TOUCH

The contact address is published in this site’s footer and configuration. This page describes what to send; it does not repeat the address, so that a single change updates it everywhere at once.

WHAT WE WILL DO

Corrections backed by a readable source are applied and the affected page’s check date is updated.
Where a correction changes a figure, we state the new figure and its source on the page rather than quietly editing it.
Where a correction concerns one of the two facts we deliberately do not resolve — the release date, or which product a reader is looking for — we will add the new source alongside the existing ones instead of replacing them.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

We will not accept unsourced corrections to game figures. “It felt longer than 59 hours” is not a correction to a published average.
We will not publish personal information, and we will not republish material that belongs to someone else.
