This is a static reference site. There is no account, no login, no checkout and no comment system. The only data processing this site performs is page analytics.

ANALYTICS

This site uses Google Analytics 4, with the measurement ID G-EQKJFD5Q47. It is configured to load only on this site’s own host, trailsinthesky.site.

What that means in practice:

Analytics records page views and standard traffic information — for example which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device and browser they use.
It is used for one purpose: understanding which pages are useful so they can be maintained and improved.
It is not used to build a profile of you, it is not used for advertising on this site, and this site does not sell or share analytics data with anyone.

If you do not want to be counted, a browser-level analytics blocker or your browser’s tracking preferences will prevent the analytics script from loading, and the site will work normally without it.
