About this site
WHAT THIS SITE IS
An independent, sourced reference for Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter — the 2026 remake of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC. It covers release timing, platform and edition differences, the demo, playtime, the character and voice cast, the quest and achievement checklists, Bracer Points, PC requirements, and the open questions about the game’s music and visual changes.
WHAT THIS SITE IS NOT
- It is not an official site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Nihon Falcom, GungHo Online Entertainment America, Clouded Leopard Entertainment, or any platform holder.
- It is not a store. Nothing here is sold, and there is no account, checkout or transaction of any kind.
- It is not a wiki, and it is not open to public editing. Corrections come through the contact page.
- It does not reproduce game art, screenshots, music or other game assets.
WHO MAINTAINS IT
The Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Guide editorial team. The site carries a visible byline on its pages, and each page records the date its facts were last checked.
HOW SOURCES ARE LABELLED
Every factual claim on this site is traceable to a source we actually read, and the source type is made visible to the reader:
- First-party sources are the publisher’s and platforms’ own pages: the official site, the official demo page, the Steam store page, the PlayStation Store listing, the Nintendo store listing, and publisher announcements.
- Professional review sources are named publications, and scores are always printed with the platform reviewed and the sample size.
- Community and player sources are labelled as such. When a detail comes from player reports rather than from a publisher, the page says so.
- Second-hand figures are labelled as second-hand in the text itself. See /review-roundup/ for an example.
WHERE THE SITE REFUSES TO GUESS
Some figures about this game are simply not published. Where that is the case the page leaves the value blank and says so, rather than estimating. Current examples: the PC recommended specification, PS5 and PC install sizes, a completionist playtime figure, and the full soundtrack track listing.
TWO FACTS WE DELIBERATELY DO NOT RESOLVE
- The release date. Two dates are in circulation and both are printed as published, with the source behind each. See /release-date/.
- Which game a reader is looking for. This site separates the 2026 remake from the 2006 original and from the 2025 1st Chapter remake everywhere it matters. See /is-2nd-chapter-a-remake/.
CORRECTIONS
If something here is wrong, tell us on /contact/ and include what you checked. Corrections that come with a source get turned around fastest, and the page’s check date is updated when a fact changes.
